The steel body sits on a TCI Model A chassis.  The front crossmember was reworked to accomplish the low stance.  A 4-inch dropped Super Bell axle was used along with a stainless-steel four-bar setup.  A Vega steering box was used and Wilwood disc brakes were fitted to all four corners. An all chrome and polished ’68 Jag rearend handles the thrust from the 350 Chevy V8 that is backed by a Turbo 350.  Murphy did the rebuild on the stock engine.  It’s topped by a polished Edelbrock manifold and four-barrel carburetor.  Fire comes from a Mallory ignition and is routed through a homemade set of headers.  The exhaust was fabricated from stainless steel.
