One look at this 1934 Chrysler Sedan Delivery, and you know its real purpose is not to haul cargo

The classic lines have a sleekness that let you know it wants to haul home trophies. And the V8 power, upgraded suspension, and custom A/C interior make sure this stunner is an all-around driver.

Just having a classic pre-war Mopar Sedan Deliver done in steel is instant distinction. But this one wants you to desire it for far more than just its history. It takes time and a careful eye for details to get this level of sleekness on the body. So you know there was a lot of attention paid to this one even before the first drop of metallic orange was laid down. But the effort was all worth it because the paintwork loves to let the sunlight dance across curves like the classic fenders and the tapered long panel sides. Details like the sport mirrors, pinstripes, and frenched license plate add to the custom sleekness. There are the right touches of brightwork on the hood sides, headlight housings, windshield wipers, and door handles. It gives it the right distinction while saving plenty of attention for the polished performance pieces like the side exhaust tips and upgraded alloys with a nice 17/18-inch front/rear stance.

The classic suicide doors are your gateway to a full custom interior. The tasteful two-tone tan looks good against the exterior orange. Even the cargo area is fully finished to coordinate. Extra comfy bucket seats, an AM/FM/cassette stereo in the headliner, and cold-blowing air conditioning are all about making this custom an excellent cruiser. And a driver’s classic also means the driver gets a command position with a sports steering wheel on a tilt column, a floor shifter, and a dash dominated by crisp VDO gauges.

The butterfly hood shows off the tidy and powerful V8. It’s a Chevrolet 400 cubic-inch small block topped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. This is a powerful package that also has good supporting components like steel braided hoses, an HEI distributor, and an aluminum radiator with electric fan. If that sounds like a nice powerhouse for a cruiser, then you’ll love to look underneath to see a good suspension with a Nova-style independent front end, newer shock, newer sway bar bushing, and a triangulated four-link rear. Add in a three-speed automatic transmission, a separate trans cooler, and front disc brakes with new calipers, and you have an impressive total package.
